Visualization Tools These Days

As we have written on our Home Page, “what is happening in the Architectural Design World that you may need or wish to know in your part of it?” So what? Before, you and us had to conclude on a design with 2D drawings on paper. That has very much changed.

While some clients love to see “by-hand drawings” as pictured below, these are dwindling. Still, these are being replicated by comparable drawings done with the creative use of computer programs. Now, our recent work combines 2 powerful software programs to produce 3D images for our clients to visualize their project before it is built. One program even allows a computer novice to tour (walk-through) their project before the $$$ are spent...providing much relieving peace of mind.

Some of the project images here are not totally “photo-realistic”...some are close. Also, as you know, AI is upon us...also unavoidable as you know. We have used a 3rd software to produce some of the project images pictured in the Project Section of this website.

Again so what? Whether you are in Real Estate, a Contractor, Buyer or Seller, or related, this is intended to provide you with some information if you are asked about advice when an Architectural or Interior Designer needs to be engaged. Beyond “are they good?”, do they provide decision-making visualization before the project gets started and the money is spent? That is, some peace of mind for the client about their decisions and investment?
